In an October visit to Ray Carlsen, I left him Commodore SX-64's to repair and upgrade and disk drives to clean, lube, and upgrade.  In a few days I came back, and all was repaired!  Ready to go!  I also bought a bunch of Commodore/Amiga external power supplies from him and a C64-to-s-video cable. http://personalpages.tds.net/~rcarlsen/

On March 15, 2020, I visited the Amiga User Group of Victoria at Wadham Place.  Paul had picked me up at my hotel, and we arrived at the meeting place at about 12:30 p.m., way before anyone else was going to arrive.  He and I immediately started moving things out his truck, and soon others came in to help us and to set up their gear.

The meeting kept going until 10 at night!  Not quite as long as the previous meeting I had attended in 2016 (at 11 hours long!).  ;)  It was a very busy meeting.  There was a lot to see and to talk about.  I was very pleased with this meeting, and I'd like to thank Paul, Peter, and everybody else at AUG for a grand time.

It was a promising start of my visit to Adelaide, South Australia.  I traveled by bus from Adelaide to Old Reynella and met long-time friend and Commodore veteran, Gaelyne Gasson.

The next evening, Thursday, March 12, I walked to the Adelaide Retro-Computing Group meeting, expecting to find lots of Commodore and Amiga computers as I had seen back in 2016 when I last visited the group.  To my surprise, there were none!  I was the only one there who brought any Commodore and Amiga content!  The oldest computer at the meeting was a Windows 98 (or was it Windows ME?) box; the others being modern Windows 10 computers playing networked shooters!  At least there was a Raspberry Pi set-up with emulators.  I was told that at the previous meeting there had been Commodore 8-bit computers.
