A FD-2000 drive
In a discussion at http://www.commodore128.org/index.php?topic=4581.msg22353;topicseen#msg22353 , RCTech talks about how he modded a FD-2000 to be that of a FD-4000. Above are photos of the top sides of the boards from my drives. The FD-4000 has a clock chip that sits under the FD-4000 DOS chip; the FD-2000 has no clock chip.Truly,
